This registration session will allow you to complete contact information and sign up for participation.
Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.
If a player quits for any reason, they will receive a 50% refund up until the first day of practice. After that, there will not be any refunds given. Refunds are not given for any injury related withdraws from the program. Please be sure to read and understand the bylaws of the program found under the documents section.
